An “active trainee” is any recruit with an open DOR in a given month. FTOs, supervisors, and command staff are always free.

Worked example
What a 40-officer agency actually pays.
Forty sworn, running six recruits through FTO over a year. On the Watch tier, that's a $6,000 base plus 6 × $250 = $1,500 in per-trainee charges. Total: $7,500/yr.
Compare that to a single FTO overtime shift writing paper DORs at the end of a deployment, multiplied across every recruit and every supervisor's weekly rollup. The platform pays for itself before the first phase report goes out.
Onboarding fee is one-time and quoted separately based on data migration scope.

What's the contract term?
Annual is standard and gets you the best rate. Month-to-month is available at a 20% premium — useful for pilots or if your budget cycle doesn't line up.
How do we pay?
PO and invoice with Net-30 terms. ACH or check. We do not require a credit card on file.
What about onboarding?
One-time onboarding fee of $1,500–$3,000 depending on tier. Covers data migration, FTO program setup, standards configuration, and a live training session for your sergeants and FTOs.
What if we leave?
Your data is yours. Full export (PDF + structured CSV) on 30 days notice. We delete all agency data within 60 days of contract end.
Do you offer a pilot?
Yes. Pilot agencies get the first calendar quarter free with a signed letter of intent. We use that quarter to prove the platform on one shift or one recruit before you commit to a full year.
