AI-Assisted Narratives

FTOs get an AI draft per rating they can accept, edit, or discard. Every suggestion, edit, and override is logged. The final PDF never says "AI assisted" — once the FTO signs, it's their narrative.

Weekly Supervisor Rollups

Category-by-day score matrix with deltas, narrative highlights, active remediation plans, and supervisor evaluation text — all generated as a print-ready weekly PDF.

Remediation Plans (PIPs)

Open performance plans tied to specific categories with reason, success criteria, review date, and tracked remediation activities. Linked DORs auto-update plan evidence.

Certifications

Per-officer cert tracking with expiry windows, FTO-required flags, document upload, and automated expiry notifications.

Typed Signatures
